How to import Koinly CSV into kointax: detailed tutorial

Export from Koinly

1. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Export your data
2. Download the Transaction history CSV

Import into kointax

1. Go to Connections → Add source → Import CSV
2. Select Koinly format
3. Upload your file — kointax will auto-map all fields

Common issues

• "File not valid" → Use the transactions CSV, not the portfolio one
• "Duplicate transactions" → kointax auto-detects and skips duplicates
• "Balance doesn't match" → Check for missing transfers between wallets
